Perry acquired a penthouse in one of the city’s skyscrapers in 2017 for $ 20 million. Two years later, he brought the apartment to the market at a price of 35 million. Later, the price tag was cut to 27 million, then to 23 million. As a result, the deal was closed with a 38 percent discount.

The total area of ​​the apartment is 864 square meters. It is joined by four terraces with panoramic views of the city, mountains and ocean. The penthouse has four bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one additional bathroom. One of the rooms has a fireplace.

There are 140 apartments in the building, it was built in 2009. Residents can use the concierge service, fitness room and swimming pool, as well as walk in the spacious, guarded garden.

Earlier in June, it became known that Matthew Perry broke up with his bride six months after the engagement was announced. The actor made an offer to literary editor Molly Hurwitz at the end of November 2020. Six months later, the artist changed his mind about marrying a 29-year-old woman.
