The president of United States, Joe Biden, apologized on Wednesday to a journalist from the television network CNN after he responded angrily at the press conference after the summit with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, in Geneva.

Then Collins remembered that Putin it has denied its involvement in cyberattacks launched from Russian territory to the US and that it has downplayed human rights abuses in Russia.
