Agents of the Robbery Investigations Division of the Dirincri They captured four alleged members of the criminal gang ‘Los Temibles del Sur’, when they made an adjustment to a person in a shopping center in Villa El Salvador. The detainees – two of them brothers – have police records for various crimes.

The intervention took place this afternoon on Avenida Pastor Sevilla. The detectives noticed the suspicious attitude of four subjects who were on board the BCM-494 and ARP-553 license plates. One of the vehicles, black in color, had a taxi cap on it.

In the presence of the agents, the men tried to escape, but were surrounded and trapped. They were identified as Fabricio Roa Quintana (22), Jhon Paul Galarza Manini (40) and the brothers Jhordan Luis (26) and Antony César Reynaga Chilón (30).

They seized a pistol stocked with nine ammunition, a revolver, 25 bags of marijuana and 35 ketes of PBC.

According to PNP Colonel Carlos Soller, the subjects would be members of a band of “brands” that operates in the vicinity of shopping centers and other businesses in the southern districts of Lima.

In the case of Diego Ríos, Soller said that he has a police record for the crime of aggravated robbery in March 2019 and that Jhon Galarza has a record for the crime of attempted murder in May 2015.

The detainees will be investigated for the crime against public safety, carrying weapons and for allegedly being part of a criminal gang to the detriment of the State, the PNP official said.
