You are currently viewing ‘Mask Singer’: Javier Calvo is right with the unmasked but not with his character: Paloma San Basilio was Angel

This Wednesday, Antena 3 broadcast the fourth installment of Mask Singer 2. This ended with an unexpected revelation: that of Paloma San Basilio. And it is that, none of the detectives, along with the guest Ana Obregón, guessed that it was she who was hiding under the identity of the Angel character, one of the most luminous to date.

The singer of such iconic themes as Do not cry for me Argentina, he dared with the viral Swish Swish de Katy Perry, in its most candid version. Tonight something very curious happened, and that is that Javier Calvo had bet because the singer was behind the Cactus, although Cactus turned out to be Eva Hache.

For his part, San Basilio said that, thanks to the program, he will give pop a new opportunity, as he had loved the experience of hearing and performing Dua Lipa or Katy Perry for the first time: “What I like the most in the world is a costume,” he said happily.

Together with Ana Obregón, the singer has remembered moments from her past. For his part, Javier Calvo addressed him an ‘I love you’, and Javier Ambrossi said that San Basilio is one of the reasons why he dedicates himself to directing. The singer thus becomes the fourth unmasked, after Latoya Jackson, Isabel Preysler and Esperanza Aguirre.
