Sentence without jail for a man who abused his great-niece when he was 8 years old

This Tuesday, under an abbreviated trial of the Accusatory System, a man identified as CRP was sentenced to three years of conditional prison (he will not go to jail) and rules of conduct and prohibition of approach and disturbing or annoying acts were applied to the victim for same time, after sexually abusing a great-niece.

According to judicial sources, the complaint was made on April 16 by a psychologist from Angaco after interviewing a girl under 15 years of age. The young woman stated that “something has happened to me”, when she recounted that when she was between 8 and 9 years old, her great-uncle sexually abused her by touching her private parts.

Finally, two months later, the man was sentenced but will not go to prison.
