The season is over: Campazzo and Denver Nuggets were swept by Phoenix Suns in the NBA

The first season of Cordoba Facundo Campazzo in the NBA last night ended with a loss to the Phoenix Suns by 125-118. This 4-0 sweep allowed the Arizona team to reach the final of the Western Conference.

In this last and unforgettable day of his season as “rookie (rookie)”, the Argentine guard’s numbers repeated his same best mark of points in playoffs (14), with four triples and a double, but then he did not have abundant records in other items, except for fouls (5), since he only added 2 assists.

The Suns superiority throughout the series practically prevented him from competing with the Nuggets in any of the four games.

The base Chris Paul, 36, scored 37 points and was seconded by Devin Booker (34 and 11 rebounds).

Nuggets tuvo a Will Barton as his top scorer with 25 points, while with less than four minutes to go to the end of the third quarter the Serbian Nikola Jokic (22 points and 11 rebounds), he was sent off for a “flagrant foul” grade II on Cameron Payne.

In another game for the Eastern Conference semifinals, the Milwaukee Bucks tied the series they lost to Brooklyn Nets 2-2, winning at home in the fourth game of the series, 107-96.

Beyond the 34 points and 12 rebounds of its maximum star, the Greek Giannis Antetokounmpo, the key to victory was in the unfortunate circumstance that Nets suffered when their maximum reference, Kyrie Irving, left the rectangle with an injury when the second quarter barely averaged.

Irving’s right ankle twist, which raises a question mark about his continuity in the series, which will continue tomorrow at Nets Stadium, now opens up a new and better prospect for Bucks to make the jump to the conference final.
