Releases (June 11): 37 series, movies and documentaries on Netflix, HBO, Filmin, Amazon, Movistar +, Disney +, Starzplay and Apple TV +

New Friday and as the summer heat was raging, we are going to look for a little shade to enjoy some of the news that comes this weekend to the main streaming platforms. This time we have 37 series, films and documentaries what can we see in Netflix, HBO, of the movie, Amazon, Movistar +, Disney+, Starzplay Y Apple TV+.

‘Everything is going to be fine’

Josh Thomas’s new (and cute) comedy (‘Please Like Me’) takes us to a peculiar house in which a neurotic twenty-something has to suddenly take care of his two teenage sisters, one of them autistic.

  • Premiere on Friday at Movistar + | Review

‘Blindspotting’

Sequel to the film by Daveed Diggs and Rafael Casal, the fiction begins with the arrest of Miles, Ashley’s partner. Overnight she will find herself picking up her junk moving to her mother-in-law and sister-in-law’s house. Formally, the series is somewhat strange with its mixture of comedy and street and theatrical performances (I’ll tell you about it), but it has convinced me a lot.

  • Premiere Sunday on Starzplay

‘Assassins’

The murder of Kim Jong-un’s brother in broad daylight at an airport is the spearhead of a documentary in which Ryan White investigates what was behind this attack and exactly how these two girls managed to execute it.

‘Betty’ Temporada 2

The surprise that ‘Betty’ was last year, the luck of the remix of the ‘Skate Kitchen’ universe is confirmed in a more twilight season 2 (according to the first autumn swells) but with the same desire to deal with life, or at least, the lifestyle of this group of skating girls, who face new challenges as they grow up and assume their own maturity. Each episode keeps pouring in thanks to the freshness and authenticity of Moselle.

‘Open Windows’

Maybe it takes more than one viewing to finish not understanding it, but I am astonished if this is not a feat shot with the most imaginative and ambitious courage and foolishness that we have seen around here.
Unnecessary over-explanations matter little (mainly because they don’t clarify too much either) or that it could have been in a stupendous 70 minutes. The desire has been able to prudence and that is also celebrated.
In a time where everyone agreed on the successes of ‘Black Mirror‘, movies like’ Open Windows’ deserved the attention you didn’t give it. It’s never too late. And when you see it, head over to ‘Colossal’.
