On January 17, 2022, hearing on the case of the "Red Devils"

The First Criminal Liquidator Court set the preliminary hearing from January 17 to February 18 to qualify the summary followed by 546 defendants, for the alleged commission of the crime against the Public Administration, to the detriment of the Transit and Land Transportation Authority ( ATTT), during the compensation process of the “red devils” buses.

It was established as an alternate date from March 14 to May 13, 2022, at 8:30 a.m.

It is coordinated in conjunction with the Ministry of Health and the Tourism Authority of Panama, in order to be able to hold this hearing in a venue that allows the capacity of the more than 700 people who are called to attend the hearing, among defendants, prosecutors, plaintiffs and defenders in order to guarantee compliance with biosecurity measures due to the pandemic produced by COVID-19.
