He hands out 62 resumes he found in the trash and gets them to hire several people: "In each leaf there is a life"

Who would say that the future employment of a dozen unemployed workers was in the hands of the discovery of a garbage bag. But, fortunately for a total of 14 people, a man found it and gave it great use.

Kaka D’Avila is a councilor from Porto Alegre, Brazil, who came across a bag full of folios. But, upon reviewing their content, he saw that they were 62 resumes, so he quickly thought that he should give them a utility.

“I did what everyone should do in this situation. Behind every sheet of paper there is a life that deserves respect,” he told the media. The man wanted give a second life to these discarded papers, which probably corresponded to people rejected by a company.

“It is a lack of respect for the unemployed. I picked up every crumpled resume and redid it all. And, to value each one of them, I have created this ‘CV-holder jewelery box’. And this is how I go to companies to distribute them, “he wrote in a post of Instagram at the end of May in which he showed the photos of the garbage and his box to transport the papers.

“Some have even been hired already!” And it is that, after two weeks, there are already 14 people who have been hired Thanks to the fact that Kaká D’Avila delivered the resumes in companies with some vacancies.
