Employees of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia have launched an investigation into the mass loss of money from the accounts of deceased Russians. This was reported by the Telegram channel “112”.

According to the investigation, the bailiffs seized the sums of money on fake writ of execution. However, at the same time, the documents were drawn up on real forms and had seals.

It is noted that the attackers had accomplices in the bank, with the participation of whom the service employees turned a scheme with fake penalties.

Currently, law enforcement agencies are identifying victims and assessing the damage caused to them. In addition, in Moscow, searches are underway in the departments of the bailiff service.

In early June, it was reported that the Federal Bailiffs Service opened a case under Part 1 of Article 312 (“Illegal actions with regard to property subject to inventory or seizure or subject to confiscation”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation against the wife of the former head of the Serpukhov District of the Moscow Region, Alexander Shestun.
