More and more brands present fashion proposals that embrace diversity. And the new swimwear collection from H&M is proof of that and presents itself with the objective of changing the way women feel when they wear swimsuits and/or bikinis. Plus, it’s made from sustainable materials: classic headbands, curved bottoms and drop-shouldered tops are made from recycled polyester from pre-consumer textile waste and recycled polyester from post-consumer recycled bottles.
The campaign film, shot in LA, depicts women who are confronted with public opinion on a daily basis, with the mannequin Paloma Elsesser as the protagonist. In order to take a break from this external noise, Paloma dives into the water, finding strength in the underwater silence and coming back stronger than ever with co-stars Nouri Hassan, Bintou Silah, Yumi Nu, Shawn Lakin, and Tani Gunn. The campaign film’s soundtrack features a remake of Depeche Mode’s iconic song “Enjoy The Silence”, performed by American singer Fousheé.
The collection is available up to size 50 online and size 46 in store.
