In May, the British fashion model also died after being vaccinated with AstraZeneca. Model Stephanie Dubois received the first dose of the vaccine on May 6 in Paphos, Cyprus, and a week later she was taken to a local hospital due to breathing problems. On May 19, the girl ended up in a coma, later local media reported that the woman had a cerebral hemorrhage, which led to her death on May 22.
In April, several European countries suspended or banned vaccination with AstraZeneca due to the detection of thrombosis in vaccinated patients. At the same time, the creators of the vaccine insist on its safety. The company said that a detailed study of the health status of more than 17 million people after vaccination showed no data on an increased risk of pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis or thrombocytopenia.
