The family differences between Rocío Carrasco and David Flores intensify. And it is that, as reported this Friday The newspaper, the youngest son of the protagonist of Rocío, tell the truth to stay alive had given a new judicial step against his mother.

Verónica Carabantes, the judge in charge of the case brought against Rocío Jurado’s daughter for an alleged non-payment of the pension established for the young man, would have accepted that he appear “in the concept of injured”. According to the aforementioned media, this was reflected by the magistrate on June 2 in a signed order.

This complaint comes from his father, Antonio David Flores, who filed it last March to claim the alimony that, presumably, Carrasco has not paid his son for three years, an amount that would amount to about 7,000 euros.

On April 30, the judge summoned the affected person to testify in the next trial, which was held at the end of May, since the lawsuit was filed by his father, and not by him. For her part, the daughter of ‘the greatest’ refused to testify that day because there are “procedural defects”.

“We hope you tell the truth, that you say your intention and this is a very clear incident, it is a pension, money owed to you and you will have to give your explanation. Nothing else, “Jesus Garzón, Antonio David’s lawyer, told reporters from Europa Press on May 25. “The judge is going to offer him to initiate legal action against his mother and he is going to choose if he wants to do it or not,” he added.

Now, Carabantes would have listened to the young man’s request and he would appear as the injured party. “He has done the same thing he did with his daughter. History repeats itself […] It puts him back in the position of complaining and requesting jail for his mother … although I do not lose hope of returning to my dwarf, “said Rocío Carrasco on this issue during an interview on Telecinco.
