The months of January and July have traditionally been marked in the calendar of fashion stores for sales. For the winter campaign, the start date of the great deals in most of these businesses has usually been January 7, while in the summer season the starting date was June 1. Nevertheless, Since last year the trend has been changing and stores like those of the Inditex group have anticipated this long-awaited start by customers.
Due to the situation caused by covid-19, the Inditex group stores began the sales season last year on June 25. And this year, Zara, Pull and Bear, Bershka, Stradivarius, Massimo Dutti, Oysho and Uterqüe will begin to offer sales on Wednesday, June 23 for purchases online and the following day, June 24, in physical stores, as confirmed by specialized media. In addition, some stores already offer special prices, such as Bershka, Pull and Bear or Stradivarius.
The Inditex group is not the only one that has anticipated the long-awaited sales, but it is also expected that others such as Mango, which started last year even before Zara, on June 18, and which already has some special promotions. H&M also has some special offers on its website and the sales are expected to arrive in their stores definitively on June 20, also following his decision from last year.
From another of its competitors, the English Court, an advance is also expected. In 2020 the offers began on June 24 online and 25 in physical stores, with which it is expected that this year it will also do so, since they distribute garments from different brands. In Tendam, a group to which Cortefiel, Springfield, Pedro del Hierro and Women’s Secret belong, last year they started between June 12 and 20, according to the store, so this year they are expected to start in the middle of this month.
