The TSJIB authorizes national travel controls in ports and airports of the Balearic Islands

The Contentious Administrative Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of the Balearic Islands (TSJIB) has issued an order in which it agrees to authorize the controls in ports and airports of the Balearic Islands of national trips.

In the car, the Chamber responds to the request presented, this Tuesday, by the Lawyers of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands for judicial authorization of sanitary measures included in the agreement of the Government Council on Monday.

The request was made in anticipation of the completion of the other measures adopted two weeks before, which are “temporary and exceptional for reasons of public health in order to contain COVID-19 in the Community.”
