The Government Innovation Authority (AIG) processes the suspension of the Digital Voucher to more than 600 people for the violation of the different biosafety measures

The director of the AIG, Luis Oliva, said that the Joint Task Force sends the request to withdraw the Digital Voucher to the Ministry of Health and then the resolution passes to the Innovation Authority.

Regarding workers whose employment contracts were reactivated and were subsequently dismissed, they can carry out the procedure to be included in the system and the Digital Voucher is reactivated.

The procedure is on the https://www.mitradel.gob.pa/ page and they will have to upload a photo of the mutual agreement or the dismissal letter that they have received and the system as it already knew that it was a person who was suspended, with this validation then they enter the list that Mitradel sends us every month with the people who are in this situation so that the Digital Voucher can be reactivated, said Oliva.
