The Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies, which is the operator of the Chestny Znak national marking system, summed up the results of its work at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. On the sidelines of SPIEF-2021, the CRPT signed five agreements aimed at creating the most comfortable conditions for business in terms of labeling.

We signed a memorandum of cooperation with BAIKALSEA Company, under which a competence center for labeling packaged water will be created in the Siberian Federal District based on the company in Irkutsk. The organizations will conduct consultations and explanations, develop and disseminate information for participants in the turnover, provide technical support to manufacturers and distributors. In addition, they will support the introduction and development of a labeling system to improve the quality of packaged water and legalize the market, they will develop technologies for informing consumers about the quality and composition of products, and systematize mechanisms for identifying unscrupulous manufacturers.

CRPT also signed an agreement with the Union of Food Supplements Manufacturers. The parties agreed to provide mutual consulting, information and expert support. The Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies has also signed an agreement with the largest online marketplace iHerb.

The center also signed a memorandum of cooperation with the government of the Rostov region. The parties will conduct a comprehensive preparation of enterprises in the region for the introduction of labeling, organize training seminars on the production and circulation of dairy products, provide technical support and advice to entrepreneurs.

In addition, CRPT and X5 Group signed a document to create optimal ways to integrate labeling, exchange recommendations and analytics. It is also planned to study the possibilities of using product labeling systems for automation, in particular, monitoring the expiration date.
