Los Angeles fire station shooting leaves 1 dead

A firefighter lost his life after a shooting at a small Los Angeles County Fire Department station, according to reports from various media outlets.

Police responded to reports of multiple shooting victims shortly before 11 a.m. at fire station 81, located about 45 miles (72 kilometers) north of Los Angeles, according to a county sheriff statement. The authorities did not provide further information in this regard.

While, a home about 10 miles (16 kilometers) east of the station was on fire, and there was a strong police presence, but at the moment the authorities had no details.
