The famous Polish scientist Marie Curie is in New York. The two-time Nobel Prize winner, both in Physics and Chemistry, will receive from the US president a gram of radio to use in her research. He is now in New York and will not travel to California due to poor health. She is extremely tired and her schedule is intense. As soon as she recovers, she will continue to California where the university of this state will grant her the title of doctor “honoris causa.” Madame Curie is accompanied by her daughters and an assistant.
