Rodgers was named the NFL’s Most Valuable Player in 2020 after a season with 48 touchdown passes that saw the Packers fall into the NFC Championship Game. That came after the Packers moved up the draft order to select a quarterback in the 2020 first round.
Later, Rodgers served as the guest host of the game show “Jeopardy!” in the spring, and later it was reported that Rodgers wanted to get out of Green Bay.
Rodgers is clearly not in Wisconsin this week, while Packers train in organized team activity sessions, voluntary trainings Rodgers usually go to.
In February, while accepting his MVP award, Rodgers referred to Woodley, who has starred in “The Descendants,” “The Spectacular Now,” and “Big Little Lies,” as his fiancee. Rodgers also thanked actress Jodie Foster, who starred alongside Woodley in “The Mauritanian,” in her acceptance speech. Foster returned the favor at the Golden Globes.
This week, Rodgers told his problems with the Packers: “It’s just about the philosophy and maybe forgetting that it’s about the people who make everything go”.
