At least six criminals dressed as policemen entered two houses in an area of ​​quintas in the town of Abasto, where they beat and threatened two families, and then fled with two vehicles and almost 2 million pesos in cash, police sources reported today and judicial.

The event, which became known today, occurred around 2.30 yesterday, when at least six men first entered a house, located in an area of ​​fifths on Calle 526 between Route 36 and 193, in the aforementioned town of the party from La Plata.

Judicial and police sources indicated to Télam that the criminals wore black clothes, were armed, with hoods, and entered claiming to be policemen.

As one of the victims later told the police, the assailants previously poisoned the three dogs in the house.

Once inside, the men tied up and the entire family, of Bolivian nationality, and threatened to cut off the hand of the couple’s 3-year-old son.

“I heard noises and couldn’t get up when they grabbed me and tied me with wire. They threatened to cut off my 3-year-old son’s hand. They asked us for money and told us that if we didn’t give it to them they would take my children, “said Imar Cazón Chabez (32), in dialogue with the C5N channel.

The man, who works as a farm worker, reported that he was hit on the head, which caused a cut on his scalp as a result of a blow to the rifle.

A Ford Fiesta vehicle, appliances and cash were stolen from the first home, sources said.

Later, the assailants entered the neighboring house, where they also reduced the inhabitants and beat them.

Rocío Bengochea (22), one of the victims, said that her husband felt noises outside his house and when he went to see what was happening he was surprised by the criminals, who reduced him and beat him.

“They hit me with the butt of the gun to the head. They kicked me all over my body. When I told them I was pregnant, one of them told them to stop beating me, ”said the woman.

The victim maintained that the criminals stole “the savings” of his mother-in-law and “the collection of the work,” which according to a judicial spokesman was a sum close to 2 million pesos.

Meanwhile, before leaving the place, a gray Chevrolet S10 truck was stolen, which the family used to work.

The injured were treated and are out of danger, the sources added.

Prosecutor María Cecilia Corfield, from the Functional Unit (UFI) 16 of La Plata classified the incident as “aggravated robbery” and ordered a series of proceedings to find the perpetrators of the incident.
