Accused of sexually abusing his minor sister-in-law, a man was linked to the process and was sentenced to preventive detention while the complementary investigation is being carried out.

Miguel Ángel “N” is investigated under criminal case 846/20121 indicated for the crime of sexual abuse against a minor under 15, whose victim is the sister of his now ex-partner.

Last Wednesday was the hearing of connection to the process and during which it was said that, according to the investigations carried out, the fact for which Miguel Ángel is accused occurred on May 7 of this year when he was with the minor under 13 years old in a residence in the Lourdes neighborhood.

The young woman had been under the care of her sister, the defendant’s ex-partner, since May 4 and she was staying with her at home.

Taking advantage of the fact that they were alone, the accused went to the teenager’s room and found her asleep; Miguel Ángel began to touch him obscenely while telling him that his sister would pay for what he had done to her.

In his defense, Miguel Ángel tried to deny the facts, but could not prove that they did not happen. The accused will continue his process locked up in the cells of the Men’s Penitentiary Center in Saltillo while the two months of complementary investigation conclude.
