PAOK Saloniki has pocketed the Greek football cup on Saturday. In the final in Athens PAOK won 2-1 against champion Olympiakos. For example, Olympiakos misses a second double in a row. PAOK’s hero was Club Brugge mercenary Michael Krmencik, who scored the winning goal in the final minute.

In the competition PAOK came fourth for twenty points from champion Olympiakos, but in the cup final it took its gram. The Portuguese Vierinha brought PAOK 0-1 after 36 minutes.

M’Vila equalized early in the second half, but PAOK’s sting was in the tail. Substitute Krmencik was on the field for 10 minutes when he scored the 1-2 in the 90th minute.

It is the eighth cup win in club history for the team from Thessaloniki.
