The national government made official the 12.12 percent increase in retirements and pensions, as established by the new Mobility law passed last year. With this measure, the minimum credit will rise to 23.064 pesos for the next quarter from next June.
The increase was made official through the Resolution 105/2021 of the National Social Security Administration (Anses), published this Wednesday in the Official Gazette, and was calculated on the basis of the formula that combines in equal parts the advance of the collection in interannual terms and the wage index of the registered sector.
Both the increase that occurred in the first quarter, of 8.07 percent, and the one made official today, of 12.12 percent, are above those that would have been granted through the law enacted in 2017 by the previous government, which, had they remained in force, would have been 7.18 and 10.33 percent, respectively.
The new increase in assets will be perceived by 8.3 million retirees and pensioners throughout the country. The minimum for the June, July and August quarter was established at 23,064 pesos while the maximum credit will rise to 155,203.65 pesos.
To this must be added the payment of two bonds of 1,500 pesos in April and May, which the Government implemented for 4.8 million retirees and pensioners with incomes of up to 30,856 and included 70 percent of the people of the general regime, with an investment of 14,400 million between both months.
The measure that bears the signature of the head of the Anses, Fernanda Raverta, It will also have an impact on the universal allowances for Child (AUH) and for Pregnancy (AUE), which will be located at 4,504 pesos.
The new values will also be extended to other family allowances, such as prenatal, birth, adoption and marriage that reach 9.3 million children and adolescents and more than 800,000 spouses.
The legislation passed last year establishes adjustments to the pension formula in the months of March, June, September and December, based on a formula that applies 50 percent based on resources destined for the Anses and 50 percent on the evolution of the Average Taxable Remuneration Index of Stable Workers (Ripte) that elaborates the Social Security and the Index of Wages of the Indec.
The new Mobility Law contemplates, then, the variation of the tax resources of the Anses and the increase of the blank salaries, as well as the formula that governed between 2008 and 2017. It replaces the formula used during the government of Mauricio Macri , which set the evolution of inflation as the axis of adjustment.
With the beginning of its application this year, the increases by decree defined by the Government in 2020 from the Emergency Law in economic, financial, fiscal, social security, health and social matters, sanctioned on December 23, 2019, were ended. .
