The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor accuses the Asturian company of engineering Hard Felguera to pay criminal commissions in Venezuela in parallel to the Government having approved his rescue with 120 million public euros.

The Public Ministry has submitted a recent brief to the Examining Court number 2 of the National Court, to which EL MUNDO has had access, in which it maintains with new elements that the company made illegal payments, among others, to the former Deputy Minister of Energy
