While he will make his comeback in “Special mention” on TF1 Monday May 10, return on the relationship between Bruno Salomone and Julie Gayet, several years ago. And about which the actor finds it difficult to speak without embarrassment.
Before living a tender love story with François Hollande, it is in the arms of Bruno Solomon what Julie Gayet once knew happiness. In 2010, in the strictest privacy, the two actors begin a relationship that will continue until 2012, and which will only be revealed when it has been over for several months in the book. Julie Gayet, an intermittent at the Élysée, by Soazig Quéméner and François Aubel. This is on the set of the TV movie Decomposed families that the former lovers had met. “She was so in his story that she did not want to move. She always postponed the dates she had in Paris to stay with him”, wrote the two authors in particular.
If it is whispered that it is Bruno Solomon who ended the romance, he also happens to be the one who has the most difficulty talking about it. On the set of Je t’aime, etc, in January 2020, the actor had a hard time talking about his past love for Julie Gayet. “It’s old as history, you come out of old scoops. It’s starting to be out of date …”, he said in the show, while a columnist had at the time taken pleasure in teasing him, by revealing in particular a fake magazine cover with him and the actress. “It’s a montage, it’s François Hollande’s body that you put on me! It’s disgusting to do that!”, he joked, ensuring however to keep “always a good memory of [ses] love stories”.
Bruno Salomone winnowed on Julie Gayet
It turns out that despite his break with Julie Gayet in 2012, Bruno Solomon has always been the subject of little mockery and other tackles concerning this love story, as was the case in 2016. On the set of Salut les terrens, Laurent Baffie had gently winnowed the actor, by throwing him bluntly: “Julie Gayet? Is that true? (…) And Bernadette Chirac, did you fuck her too?” An output which at the time had amused on set, and which then referred to the status of “First Lady” that the actress endorsed more or less, after the revelation of a link with François Hollande.
