Madrilenians will go to vote in the elections of this 4-M after 26 years of PP governments in the Community of Madrid. Alberto Ruiz Galardón, who won for the first time in 1995, was succeeded by Esperanza Aguirre, who came to the presidency after the repetition of the elections in October 2003 for the ‘tamayazo’ (the betrayal of the socialist deputies Eduardo Tamayo and María Teresa Sáez).
