They recovered a baby that had been stolen by the grandmother

On April 15, a 23-year-old girl gave birth to a little boy, after a complicated labor. The pregnant woman’s partner was working, so she asked her mother to accompany her to the Las Toscas hospital in Santa Fe. Then she was transferred to the Hospital of the city of Villa Ocampo, where the little one was born thanks to a cesarean section.

After three days in hospital, they released her, went to her house and there the newborn’s grandmother told her that she was going to take him to her home in Villa Guillermina until the stitches were removed. With the excuse of having two more children (ages 5 and 3), the grandmother left with the youngest and lost all contact with the family.

After several days without news and failed communication attempts, the grandmother, a 56-year-old woman, sent a message to a relative saying that “she was not going to give her son back, let all the police go that she wanted the baby she was not going to give it up.” Therefore, the pertinent complaint was made in order to recover the minor, who already had 15 days without being with his parents.

After an investigation by the Criminal Investigation Agency, a search was carried out and the woman denounced was found. A) Yes, They took the baby away and gave him under the care and responsibility of his mother, the complainant.
