The PSOE has filed a complaint against Isabel Díaz Ayuso before the Central Electoral Board for what they consider to be a partisan use of institutions on Sunday during the Dos de Mayo events, official acts for the festival of the Community of Madrid that coincided with the end of the electoral campaign. They accuse the president of recidivism and disobedience to the electoral administrations and request the greatest possible sanction.

Last week the Central Electoral Board opened two files for similar issues in other institutional events and, previously, she had been warned on three other occasions. The PSOE asks that the claim be resolved urgently, before electoral day, for the knowledge of the Madrilenians before casting their vote. They consider that it violates the electoral law, again for infringement of the neutrality of the public powers and for infringement of the principle of equality between electoral actors.

In the complaint they compile several situations, picked up by the press, such as the outsourcing of the Dos de Mayo coverage.
