I inform the people of Tucumán that I have complied with my duty and civic right to initiate amparo action against the CPN Osvaldo Jaldo, President of the Legislature of Tucumán, for his refusal to publicize the payroll of the personnel working in the Legislature, his salaries, and that of the advisers of the legislators and political blocs of the Legislature that he appointed leading the legislative body. I have requested the Supreme Court to pass judgment in this action, at the end of the trial period. God save all the tucumanos who aspire to end the secrecy in the appointments of personnel in government agencies in our province, whose salaries are paid by the people through a high tax burden. We need to fully understand the behavior of the political leadership in the management of large public funds, to be able to assess them, duly informed, in the next electoral processes. Access to public information is an essential human right that, to date, has been systematically violated in Tucumán.
