Torreón, Coahuila.- An accountant’s office employee was stripped of almost half a million pesos by a subject armed with a pistol who, along with another, followed him from the bank in front of the Alameda Zaragoza where he withdrew the money, up to about “Venustiano Carranza” forest.

The criminals fled in a black car and although police officers from the different corporations did not locate them.

The events occurred around 1:00 p.m. this Friday on 16th Street between avenues Juárez and Hidalgo.

At that time, police assistance was requested for the violent robbery of almost half a million pesos in cash by a subject armed with a pistol.

Municipal and state police officers went outside the accountants office located on Juan Pablos street between Juárez and Hidalgo avenues.

The victim stated that when he got out of his vehicle, he was approached by a dark man, dressed in a blue jacket and blue jeans, wearing a cap and carrying a pistol with which he threatened to demand the money he was carrying.

He said that it was almost 450 thousand pesos that he withdrew shortly before from the Bancomer located on Avenida Juárez in front of Alameda Zaragoza.

He added that it was just as he was about to enter the office when a black vehicle stopped, from which the gun was lowered, and after completing the robbery, they boarded it and they fled.
