The National Police has released without charge the two men arrested yesterday for allegedly raping and kidnapping for several hours an 18-year-old girl with 66% disability, judicial sources have informed Europa Press.

Apparently, the victim has entered into clear contradictions and unrealities during her statement at the police station, while those arrested have maintained their innocence and assured that the young woman was not coerced to go home. Finally, she has not filed a complaint and the detainees have been released, awaiting other evidence that the Police will carry out.

According to the girl’s version, it all began at the Cercanas de Parla station at around 6 p.m. on Tuesday, in broad daylight and with quite a few people in the area, when two individuals followed and headed to a flat, located five minutes away. minutes on foot, in the Pursima Concepcin street. There, according to her first account, she was raped by the two men and then forced to shower to remove evidence.

The girl wrote to her mother on WhatsApp, who was very worried, commenting that she was being held by two young men and that she had been sexually assaulted, but she did not know where she was exactly. Then, the relatives called the National Police and thanks to a geolocation application on his mobile they managed to find out where he was.

About 1.30 AM, the agents found the specific place, a ground floor where there was light. After repeatedly ringing the bell, the victim left the apartment claiming that she had been raped. She was transferred to Parla Hospital for a comprehensive survey.

For their part, the Police arrested the two tenants, a 30-year-old man and a 32-year-old man of Maghreb origin, accused of a crime of sexual assault and another of illegal detention. Now, after the statements of the two parties at the Parla police station, they have been released and will not go to court.
